Service sangat lambat! Wajib improve! Kena ada training untuk pekerja! Because i read the comment that, staff still can't adapt with the new working environment😅 Dah more then a month so service must be better then earlier, but it getting worst! Tidak dapat menerima complaint from customer! Please2, whether it positive or negative feedback, answer them with professional! For eg *sorry for the inconvenience and we will improve our service in future* Ni tak, cari gaduh dengan customer and tell them *try lah kerja sini, baru tahu cmmna* This is really2 not professional! Please improve ,be professional and rational!
