Very poor service of the counter staffs at Jnt Bdr Utama, ijm Sandakan 👎. Went there 2 times this month their mouth like got gold inside, ask them no response one. Attitude also 👎. If don’t want to work, don’t like to give service to your customers please go home then, times went there not busy at all, watching hp video loudly, customers asking but no response. please la jnt please hire some quality people or train your people the basic attitudes required for work.

I am absolutely disappointed and mad at them. I wasn't in Sandakan and I'm not available to collect my parcel ; my relatives and neighbours were busy that time so they can't collect it for me. I told the delivery man in call I will get the parcel by myself at J&T when I reach Sandakan and he promised he will keep first. Today I received the message from shopee that they want to refund me. I find it disrespectful that they send away my parcel without even giving me a call first or even a message, I even made promised with them I will GET BY MYSELF. I already reached Sandakan ; funny how my parcel was already sent away. I'm really furious about this, BAD SERVICE.

Parcel arrived sdk & in transit for many days, I didn't receive any call or sms from J&T, I wait patiently thinking maybe they're busy, then, status indicate delivery unsuccessful and parcel depart from sandakan again!! I'm sure my address and contact details are complete. First time experience this kind of incidents. Really disappointed & unpleasant experience with J&T express Sandakan.

Poor services, highly not recommended. Call not answer. Giving a lot of excuses for not deliver. FYI,they ask u to pick up on your own. Very poor services! This is the last time.

My parcel is already in sandakan like 3 days ago and I track the delivery they said to self-collect. Urmm I don't want to blame jnt tho, they are not lazy maybe because of they don't have enough employees? Maybe..
