Courier service but this place is only for dropping your packages. If you wish to pick up your own parcels then you need to go to their warehouse or wait for it to be delivered to your doorstep.

This is the worst customer service i ever encountered in courier service line industry. The customer service there is very rude treating their customer. Even though working hour stated opened at 9am, but the staff there will refuse to take in any parcel (even after 9am) and ask customer to stand outside. I am quite surprised by their standard of servicing customer. Will never go there again in future. J&T is not the only courier company ok. They will also purposely enter a wrong parcel weight and charge over. Cant believe the J&T standard is at this level only. Worse come to worse the staff there seems have the authority to charge money for fragile sticker (on top of parcel charges) which other J&T doesnt.

Open on the weekend too, makes it easy for urgent delivery. The receiving has moved to another location, so, this office are only for delivery.

I come here to pick my stuff, I already wait almost 1 hour to them finding my stuff, I saw the guy go out buy drinking, hello, you suppose to delivery to my home, but you didn't, no responsible at all. Also staff work very very slow, wasting my time waiting here! Please improve lah, not a cheap company also

Bad services. Slow. They closed for two hours for lunch hour and Jumaat prayer. If they realize the day is Friday, they should let girls do the shift at the counter on that day. If they have lunch break and need to close,put the operation hours at the door or the website. It's look like they make their own decision to close it due to personal reasons. Really unprofessional. One more thing, they didn't attempt to do second delivery when the first delivery is unsuccessful yet they remark at the tracking status as delivered.
