I was a bit skeptical coming here as the review for this particular branch wasn’t that good but the service I received from this elderly lady by the counter took me by surprise. She was really soft spoken and the procedure to return my Shopee parcel literally only took me 2 mins to complete! I came before lunch hour, around 11:55am and was next in line. Lucky me, I guess! Also to add on, I’ve read that many say this branch closes before their closing hour and the employees even mentioned that the time on the website is incorrect. I personally walked in and saw that they’re indeed open till 8pm. Seems a little fishy to me… why would they close before their promised hour…

There is a lady working on the 25th March was very rude and no manners. Acting as if she owns the branch Another lady was helping us with the process for returning parcel and suddenly she popped out of nowhere and started mumbling a bunch of nonsense and said this sentence "Kalau akak nak buat akak buat". Nobody asked for her help to do anything, she just out of nowhere syok sendiri. She said is already closed while the closing hour stated was 8pm (arrived at 4pm) and when we confronted, she blame it on the website "is wrong". Please improve your attitude and services.

Tolong improve customer service. The lady dont even bother to explain, tak senyum, muka ketat, bila tanya jawab macam malas jawab je. This is my first and last to step in here. Awful experience.

The service they offered was quite fast. They implemented a system to send out parcels via whatsapp link. However, the PIC on 28/2/2023 1.45 pm was RUDE and not friendly.

It said open till 8pm But, i came at 5.50pm its already closed for me to send document :( i came after work because i thought it’s still open
