Remind your seller/any do not use j&t service if courier to ulu tiram. Same excuses for holding ur parcel more than 3 days and recorded as 'rejected by receiver' in the tracking system while no delivery or call to the recipient. Then they will send back ur parcel to the sender due to uncollected excuse without any notice right after the rejection record.

This J&T services is very very very bad and lousy!!! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICES! This outlet kept on hold my goods for more than 5 days without any reason. Until I contacted shopee and asked them to fasten the delivery process as it already due for delivery. This J&T replied delivery unsuccessfully due to bad weather in the shopee delivery system. But that day is a very nice day, no rain no storm. Hello J&T , what do you mean by bad weather? Does it mean that bad weather not need to work? And your boss is so kind , willing to pay your salary even though you didn't go to work. Then next day, I purposely went to this center to collect the goods by myself at 9am. Your staff told me only can collect the goods after 230pm. Then I requested another staff for help as I need it urgently. I saw all the staffs sat at there eating and chit chatting during work hours. They took about 30 minutes to get the goods for me and their attitude was very bad. I saw they took my goods from the van. If I only collected my goods at 230pm, I think they already brought my goods out and may be will replied delivery unsuccessfully again due to bad weather. I was very disappointed and angry with their services. I paid the money for delivery but end up I had to purposely went there to collect by myself. It wasted my money and time. For those seller, please don't use this courier services especially this outlet. Their services is very very bad and lousy.

Parcel have been hold for 8 days, don’t know when jnt can deliver. Go for self collect but is very long queue until outside. Queuing in middle of rain, So sad.

The most Fucxxxking courier, half month hold my parcel, many ridiculous excuses was given, bad weather cannot go out, gate door close, no one at home at midnight 12.00am and blah blah blah.When i go there to get it by myself, just told me didn't knew where was the parcel going and next day directly stated as delivered, receiver singitured by emak kau. Fuxxxk you. After complaint to J&T service center, the courier driver directly threw my incoming parcels into the sewer infront of my house and some time threw into my house and hit my car window. Fuxxk you J&T Express.

So slow.. they keep my parcel from 2jan ~9jan 2023.. i don't know until when will they keep. Updated: now 11 jan and until now no delivery has been made. I think you can close this branch.
