Delivery hub like to hold customer parcel. Parcel already arrive for 3-4 days and still not deliver to customer. Hopefully management can take an action so our parcel not stay in the delivery hub for too long

Parcel stuck with operation dept and no inform to customer, operation dept never give feedback, customer just give feedback based on checking the system
